A Washington County massage parlor owner and two of his employees were arrested Friday after investigators with the county district attorney's office said the parlors were fronts for prostitution.
Washington resident Christopher Lee, 43, who owned two Ancient Asian Relaxation Therapy parlors in the county, will be charged with promoting prostitution. Two female masseuses who police identified as Jane Doe No. 1 and Jane Doe No. 2 were charged with prostitution and indecent assault. The immigration status of the two women, believed to be Chinese nationals, was also under investigation.
Investigators said the two women went by the names "Ginny" and "Amy." During an investigation, detectives posing as clients said the women asked them to disrobe and then fondled them at a parlor located on Chestnut Street in Washington.
A third woman, who went by the name "Lucy," faces three counts each of prostitution and indecent assault for fondling two detectives posing as clients on three different occasions at another of Mr. Lee's parlors, located at the Petro 2 Truck Stop in Donegal. Police were still looking for her Friday and believed she had left the area.
