Stephen H. Heilman, partner, Malin Bergquist, was named to The Pittsburgh Foundation's Professional Advisors Committee.

Dr. Stephen E. Perkins was named senior medical director for UPMC Health Plan and will provide strategic and clinical leadership as well as medical oversight for the Health Plan's commercial product. And Dr. Qi Zhou was named executive director for quality performance management for UPMC Health Plan and will provide direction for the operations of the quality performance department, which manages the operational performance for all lines of business.

Christine Meduho has joined Family Hospice and Palliative Care as a community liaison. Ms. Meduho will work to enhance relationships with Jefferson and Ohio Valley General hospitals, as well as long-term care facilities in southern Allegheny County and parts of Washington County.

Anne Nelson was promoted to director of assisted living admissions for St. Barnabas Health System.

Jean M. Mosites joined Babst Calland Clements & Zomnir as an associate in its environmental, energy and natural resources and public sector services groups.
