Commercial Real Estate Women Pittsburgh, a local chapter of CREW, honored five local real estate professionals at its annual awards banquet April 27 at the Duquesne Club.

The CREW-to-CREW-to-CREW Award recognizes an outstanding networking experience between two or more members. It was presented to Amy Hopkins of Pennoni Associates; Judy Bruno of Sitko, Rodella and Bruno LLC; and Christi Neroni of Agency Assist Outsource Solutions, LLC.

The Most Creative Deal Award, given for the successful completion of an extraordinarily challenging real estate transaction, was awarded to Terri Sokoloff, president of Specialty Bar and Restaurant Brokers.

The Outstanding Supporter of Women in Commercial Real Estate Award was awarded to Mary Guinee, principal of Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc.




RE/MAX Heritage has announced that Jamie Thiem has joined the firm. She is a longtime community member and will handle residential sales.




RE/MAX Heritage of Murrysville recognized its top sales associates for May. Cathy Addessi was the top associate for listings and Nancy Jones-Iovino was the top associate for sales.




Don and Kathy Seaton, have moved to the RE/MAX office in Wexford, Pa. The couple have more than 34 years of real estate experience. Mr. Seaton is a top-producing agent with multiple awards, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award.




Northwood Realty has announced its top agents for April.

First in sales volume was Joyce Hutterer, Sarver, with 101/2 sales totaling $2.3 million. Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, led in units sold and listed with 20 sales totaling $1.7 million and 17 listings worth $1.8 million. Dan Kite, North Hills, topped all agents in listing volume with 11 worth $2.2 million.

Other leading performers for the month: Sandy Gurgovits, Hermitage, 16 sales worth $2.1 million; Nancy Evans, North Hills, nine sales totaling $2.1 million; Jeff Earley, Upper St. Clair, 10 sales worth $1.8 million and five listings worth $1 million; Margie Delahan and Jane Doyle, Hampton, 11 sales totaling $1.7 million; Judy and Doug Smith, Peters, 11 sales totaling $1.7 million; Ken Halverson, Somerset, eight sales totaling $1.6 million; Marlene McNaughton and Bonnie Detwiler, Upper St. Clair, seven sales worth $1.6 million; Dale McKinley, Hidden Valley, seven listings worth $1.5 million; Doreen Walters, Pleasant Hills, 11 sales totaling $1.1 million; Gretchen Snyder, Kittanning, four sales worth $1 million and Wayne Obitz, Indiana, seven sales totaling $1 million.




Prudential Preferred Realty has hired several new agents for its Peters office: Gina Rendina, previously an account executive with WPXI-TV, David Adams and Magen Bedillion.

Also, The Rostraver office added agent Nancy Mauser.




Prudential Preferred Realty announced its top sales associates for April. The agents and their offices are: Chuck Swidzinski, Butler, residential sales (nine); Lynn and Kim Maier, Cranberry, sales volume ($2.7 million); Kathy Hall and Betsy Wotherspoon, North Hills, listing units and listing volume (19 units worth $8.8 million); Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, listings units and volume (20.5 units worth $3.2 million); Lynn and Kim Maier, Cranberry, new construction listings and volume with (four units worth $3 million).




Nancy Theys of Northwood Realty Services has earned the Quality Service Certified Platinum award, which is given for achieving a 100 percent service satisfaction rating from clients. This is the second consecutive year that she has won the award.

She is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and Northwood board of governors.




Keller Williams Realty's Karen Marshall has been granted the Titanium Award by the Realtor's Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. She has also been named the top team/agent for the Washington-Greene County Association of Realtors.

DEVELOPMENT

A new decorated model townhome is open for tours at Woodhaven Ridge in Hempfield. A grand opening will be held at the model today from noon to 5 p.m.

The plan features 53 townhomes starting at $114,900, developed and built by Marino Brothers Construction. All have two bedrooms and a one-car integral garage. Other features include energy-efficient materials, an open floor plan, neutral decor, plaster walls, ceramic floors and a fully equipped kitchen.
