On Sunday evening, Greensburg native Gina Cerilli will take the stage at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas to vie for the title of Miss USA 2010.

Ms. Cerilli, 24, is the reigning Miss Pennsylvania USA 2010.

She also is a public relations specialist for the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County, a 2004 graduate of Greensburg Central Catholic High School and a former Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader.

Ms. Cerilli has bachelor's and master's degrees from Philadelphia University and plans to go for a doctorate. She is the daughter of Lorraine and Greg Cerilli of Greensburg.

Ms. Cerilli was a Miss Pennsylvania USA runner-up in 2008 and 2009 and a Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA finalist in 2003 and 2005. She also has taught at the Barbizon School of Modeling and has worked as a certified personal trainer.

The Miss USA 2010 pageant can be seen live on NBC at 7 p.m. Sunday.
