DINING OUT

Mt. Lebanon - Beth El Congregation of the South Hills, 1900 Cochran Road, will hold its 13th annual all-you-can-eat pancake festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Cost is $7 for adults, $5 for ages 5-12. The event will include a "Gold Rush," an opportunity to trade unwanted items for cash. Proceeds benefit Beth El programs and the 1st annual Relay for Life of Mt. Lebanon.

Pleasant Hills - Pleasant Hills Rotary will hold its annual spaghetti dinner from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Elementary School gym, off Route 51. ENTERTAINMENT

Whitehall - Baldwin Players will perform "Bell, Book and Candle" at 8 p.m. today through Saturday at Baldwin Community United Methodist Church, Baptist and Weyman roads. HEALTH

Jefferson Hills - "Women Out Walking 2010," sponsored by Jefferson Regional Medical Center's Health for Her initiative, will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, starting Tuesday through May 4 in the Jefferson Room, Bibro Pavilion, on the medical center's campus. South Strabane - The fundraiser, "Daffy Workout," to benefit the American Cancer Society will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. March 20 at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, 240 Wellness Way. For a minimum contribution of $25, donors can take a variety of fitness classes, including toning, aerobics, yoga and more. Washington - The Washington County Red Cross Training Center, 24 E. Maiden St., will offer the following classes:

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation/automated external defibrillator for adults, 5:30 to 10 p.m. March 24. $45.

• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED for adults, 5:30 to 10 p.m. March 24 and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 25. $55.

• First aid, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 25. $40.

• Online First Aid and Adult CPR/AED skill session, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. March 27.

In honor of American Red Cross Month, participants who register for standard first aid with CPR/AED will get $10 off the cost of a pet first-aid class. • T-shirt decorating, 6 p.m. Tuesday. Ages 3 and older can bring a T-shirt to the library and decorate it using fabric supplies.

• Story time, 10:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Thursdays, now through April 29. Ages 3 to prekindergarten can listen to stories, sing songs and do a craft.

Mt. Lebanon - Mt. Lebanon Public Library will hold these programs:

• Lebo Walking Group: A Fitness Program for Older Adults, 7:30 p.m. today. Johanna Sholder, a former nurse studying aging at the University of Pittsburgh, will offer a 10-week walking program twice a week beginning in April at the Mt. Lebanon High School outdoor track. Older adults and seniors welcome.

• "Don't Toss My Memories in the Trash," 7 p.m. March 18. The workshop discusses the importance of downsizing, how to start, how to deal with physical and emotional aspects of downsizing, and more. Registration required.

• Lunch and Learn: Pandemic Flu Public Information Series, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday. Participants will learn about individual preparedness. Bring a brown bag lunch; the library will provide beverage and dessert.

Bethel Park - Senior golf passes for the 2010 regular season will go on sale Monday at the South Park clubhouse. The passes are $60 and available to golfers age 55 and older. RELIGIOUS EVENTS

Peters - "Celebrate Living the Vision through Prayer, Outreach and Sisterhood," sponsored by Church Women United, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church, Friar Lane. RECREATION

Nottingham - A Maple Sugaring Tour and Breakfast will be offered by the Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation on March 20 at Shelter 6 in Mingo Creek County Park. Tours will be given every half hour between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The event includes historical demonstrations, modern-day sap collecting methods and a pancake and sausage breakfast. Upper St. Clair - Eco-hiking, part of the Regional Environmental Education Center's Talk-n-Walk series, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. March 21 in Boyce Mayview Park. SENIORS

Elizabeth/Finleyville - State Rep. David Levdansky, D-Allegheny/Washington, is hosting two Older and Wiser Workshops for older adults and their families. The first will be held from 9 a.m. to noon today at the Sylvester and Tweety's Hall, 8800 Roberts Hollow Road, Elizabeth. The second workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at the Finleyville Community Center, 3547 Marion Avenue, Finleyville.

The workshops include presentations by Neighborhood Legal Services Association on living wills, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants on Social Security and Medicare plans, and the AARP on safe investing. Friday's workhop will include information on the Washington County Transportation Authority's Washington Rides program. A free breakfast buffet will be served at both events. North Franklin - In honor of Women's History Month, CCAC will host Attorney Kendra Smith from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Washington Crown Center, 1500 W.
