Tiara Stossel's 18 points led the Little Indians (20-1) to a 62-46 win against West Mifflin in a WPIAL Class AAA first-round playoff game Wednesday night at Plum.
The Titans (12-10) beat Indiana in the semifinals last year.
Chartiers Valley 46, Mars 35: At Moon, Erica Restich's 15 points led the Colts (19-4) to their 18th win in a row. Elaine Hasek had a game-high 16 points for the Planets (13-11).
Hopewell 65, Montour 45: Elise Farris had 24 points and 15 rebounds and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough 18 points and 11 rebounds for the No. 1 seed Vikings (23-0) against the Spartans (11-11) at Chartiers Valley.
Hampton 65, Ambridge 50: Emilee Goodman had 19 points to lead the Talbots (16-7) to a win against the Bridgers (11-10) at Seneca Valley.
Mount Pleasant 29, Kittanning 28: The Vikings (18-3) have won 11 of 12, nipping the Wildcats (17-7) at Gateway.
Serra 35, Carmichaels 25: In a game at Yough that was tied heading into the fourth quarter, the Eagles (13-6) outscored the Mighty Mikes, 13-3, to advance to the quarterfinals for the 23rd consecutive season. Carmichaels (13-7) lost four of its final five.
Rochester 46, Mount Alvernia 29: For the first time since 2000, the Lions (10-11) did not make it to the quarterfinals. Hayden Kimbrough had 15 points and Ivorie Law 14 for the Rams (19-3) at North Allegheny. Rochester has won 15 of 16.
North Catholic 73, Avella 38: The Trojanettes (20-3) remained unbeaten this season against Class A competition with an easy win against the Eagles (14-8) at Northgate.
Winchester Thurston 63, Chartiers-Houston 54: Jimyse Brown had nine of her 21 points in the fourth quarter as the Bears (15-7) pulled away from the Bucs (12-9) at North Hills.
Monessen 38, Cornell 28: Natawsja Sosnak's 12 points led the Greyhounds (17-4) at West Allegheny. Karissa Lee led all scorers with 14 points for the Raiders (10-13), who lost their final four games.
Vincentian 81, Sewickley Academy 36: At Ambridge, the Royals (13-7) charged out to a 19-0 lead and cruised to their sixth win in seven games. Ashlee Darby had 25 points to lead Vincentian. Rachel Pregel led the Panthers (9-8) with 18.
Fort Cherry 61, California 32: Beka Bellhy had 20 points as the Rangers (16-4) won their 10th of 11 at Charleroi against the Trojans (12-9).
Quigley 69, Western Beaver 20: At Seneca Valley, the Spartans (18-2) won their 10th in a row, beating the Golden Beavers (4-15) for the third time this season. Allie Brooks had 18 points in the first half.
