Concert to benefit Haiti hospital

A benefit concert, "Haiti Rising," will be held from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday at the Map Room Grill and Bar, 1126 S. Braddock Ave., Regent Square. The concert is free but all donations raised will be given to Haiti's St. Damien Hospital and Orphanage, which provides free pediatric care.

"Haiti Rising" includes more than 30 performers, raffles, Haitian art auction and Haitian food and cocktails.

Checks may be made out to: "Friends of the Orphans" with "St. Damien Hospital, Haiti" written on the memo line. Checks will be collected at the Map Room or can be mailed to: Friends of the Orphans, First Commonwealth Bank, Regent Square Branch, 1105 S. Braddock Ave., Pittsburgh 15218.
