St. Clair Hospital in Mt. Lebanon has purchased property in Peters Township and plans to build a medical office building and outpatient center.

The new facility will be on Route 19, just south of Donaldson's Crossroads, where a home improvement center and former dance studio are now located. St. Clair purchased the nearly three-acre lot for $2.995 million.
