Police have arrested a Brentwood man in the beating death of his roommate, who was found dead yesterday in his apartment on Brownsville Road.

Allegheny County police have charged Paul Desport, 40, in the death of Raymond Niebrzydowski, 43.

Brentwood officers found Mr. Niebrzydowski beaten to death in his apartment shortly before 1 p.m. yesterday.

Mr. Desport is charged with homicide, making false reports to police and tampering with evidence.
