Man slain in Wilkinsburg, vehicle missing

A 40-year-old man died after he was shot several times last night in Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County police said.

Allegheny County homicide detectives are investigating the death of Maurice Harrison, who was fatally wounded in the 100 block of Angela Drive about 7 p.m.

Multiple shooters likely were involved. About the time of the shooting, Mr. Harrison, of Penn Hills, had been driving a cranberry-colored 2000 Ford Expedition. Police are looking for the vehicle, which has Pennsylvania license plate GKV-6244.
