Key First Night streets will be closed to vehicles from 10 a.m. today, New Year's Eve, until about 1 a.m. Friday:
Penn Avenue from Stanwix Street to 10th Street
Eighth Street from Liberty Avenue to the parking lot entrances near Penn Avenue
Ninth Street from Liberty Avenue to the Ninth Street Parking Garage entrance near Penn Avenue
Penn Avenue Extension from Stanwix Street to the corner of the grass triangle
Fifth Street and CLO Way from the Highmark Garage entrance to Fort Duquesne Boulevard
Seventh Street from Liberty Avenue to the Theater Square Parking Garage entrance
Seventh Street Bridge from Fort Duquesne Boulevard to Isabella Street
Alleys and side streets leading into the areas noted above
Additional traffic pattern changes:
Sixth Street will remain open from Liberty Avenue to Fort Duquesne Boulevard, except during the parade from approximately 8:15 to 8:45 p.m.
The parking garage on Penn Avenue at Sixth Street will stay open through 5 p.m. Police will permit garage lease holders to enter and exit through the closed section of Penn Avenue from 10 a.m. to midnight.
The alley parallel to Penn Avenue and Liberty Avenue between Ninth and 10th streets will remain closed through Sunday.
