Q: Ed, why did the Steelers not go for 2 points after the final touchdown?

Mike Goldinger, Rock Hill, S.C.

BOUCHETTE: As silly as this question sounds, you are not the only one asking it this morning. In the normal course of events, you do not go for two points when you are tied, there is no time left on the clock and all you need to do is kick the extra point and head to the locker room a 37-36 winner. However, when the betting line ranged from 1-3 points with the Steelers as favorites, I understand why I am getting this question.
