The trial for the man accused in the drunk-driving death of 12-year-old Tia Wright, of Pleasant Hills, has been postponed to Feb. 22.
The girl was killed in a car accident and Matthew Frank, 17 at the time, is charged with causing the crash.
Mr. Frank, now 19, will be tried as an adult in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. He is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, among other charges.
