A man was found slain this morning in Wilkinsburg.

The body of Kristopher Campbell, 29, of Penn Hills was found around 7:30 a.m. by a passerby among the brush off Princeton Boulevard near Hill Avenue. He was pronounced dead at 7:39 a.m., according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office.

Residents in the vicinity told Allegheny County homicide investigators that shots were heard in the neighborhood between 4 and 5 a.m.

Police have identified no motive or suspects in the killing, said police Lt. William Palmer.
