HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

LIBRARIES

Rochester Borough -- The Rochester Public Library, 252 Adams St., will showcase a Holiday Book Tree Exhibit from Monday through Dec. 16 during regular library hours. Trees will be awarded following the library's open house from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 16. Call 724-774-7783.

ON STAGE

Carnegie -- The Carnegie Performing Arts Center will sponsor performances of the ballet "The Nutcracker" at 8 p.m. Dec. 4, 5, 11 and 12 and 2 p.m. Dec. 6 and 13 at the Andrew Carnegie Music Hall, 300 Beechwood Ave. The cost is $12, $10 for students and seniors, and discounts are available for groups of at least 10. SENIORS

Bridgeville -- Country Meadows of South Hills, 3580 Washington Pike, will hold a Pearl Harbor Remembrance Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 7. Being honored will be survivors of the attack and other veterans of World War II. The deadline is Tuesday. Call 412-257-4566.
