State police are investigating a fatal crash that happened over the weekend in Indiana County.

A passerby called police today to report a vehicle over an embankment off state Route 119 in Rayne Township.

Police said the accident occurred sometime between 10:30 yesterday and noon today. The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family.
