Pitt tight end finalist for post-season award

Pitt tight end Dorin Dickerson was one of three players named finalists for the John Mackey Award, which annually goes to the nation's best tight end. Dickerson has 43 receptions for 496 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The other two finalists are Florida's Aaron Hernandez and Brigham Young's Dennis Pitta.

The winnner will be announced on Dec. 10 during the Home Depot ESPNU college football awards show.
