Cooking with Gretchen: Wholey's fish
Monday, November 23, 2009

Go with Gretchen McKay and videographer Steve Mellon as they pay a lunchtime visit to the outdoor Wild Alaskan Grille in the Strip District, run by fourth-generation fish monger and former fishing guide/commercial fisherman Luke Wholey. It's open every day but Sunday and features a choice of grilled jumbo Gulf shrimp, Alaskan salmon or ahi tuna served with steamed rice and vegetables: there's also tasty sirloin kebab for landlubbers.
