A suspicious death this morning in Etna has been ruled a suicide.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office determined that the 30-year-old man who was pronounced dead at 5:23 a.m. today died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

The incident occurred in the second-floor apartment at 56 Wilson St.
