Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Pennsylvania is moving from the South Side to Lawrenceville next year. It announced its purchase and sale agreements today.

Goodwill had its own property under agreement earlier this year. Burns Scalo Real Estate Services is buying the building Goodwill has occupied since 1967 at 2600 E. Carson St. More recently, Goodwill found a better fit for its administrative offices, a large portion of its programming, work-force development and production workshop in a two-building property at 135 51st St.
