Sophomore guard Paul Williams hit the go-ahead 3-pointer and went 4 for 4 from the free throw line in the last minute to seal No. 18 Dayton's 63-59 comeback win against No. 21 Georgia Tech in the opening game of the O'Reilly Auto Parts Puerto Rico Tip-Off in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Williams finished with 13 points for Dayton (2-0), which got 47 points from its backups, including 19 from Chris Johnson.

Maurice Miller and Derrick Favors led Georgia Tech (1-1) with 10 points apiece.

• Kentucky 102, Sam Houston State 92: DeMarcus Cousins had 27 points and 18 rebounds to help No. 4 Kentucky (3-0) outlast Sam Houston State in the Cancun Challenge. Corey Allmond poured in 37 points and made a Rupp Arena record 11 3-pointers for Sam Houston State (2-1).

• UNC-Wilmington 80, Penn State 69: Despite 29 points from guard Talor Battle, the Nittany Lions (2-1) dropped their first game of the season in the Charleston Classic in Charleston, S.C. Penn State plays Tulane at 12:30 p.m. today.

• Ohio State 92, West Virginia 69: Samantha Prahalis had 14 points and 12 assists, and No. 3 Ohio State (3-0) scored the first 17 points to roll past West Virginia in the Preseason WNIT semifinals. The Mountaineers (2-1) got 23 points from Liz Repella.

• Notre Dame 68, Michigan State 67: Ashley Barlow scored 18 points and hit a tiebreaking free throw with 10 seconds left, lifting No. 5 Notre Dame (2-0) past No. 21 Michigan State (1-2) at East Lansing, Mich.

• Arizona State 82, Yale: 46: Becca Tobin scored 14 points and No. 14 Arizona State held host Yale scoreless for more than nine minutes in the first half.

• Duke 69, Georgia Southern 42: Jasmine Thomas scored 12 points and No. 11 Duke (2-1) easily won its home opener.

• Georgia 74, Chattanooga 57: Freshman Jasmine James scored 25 points for No. 16 Georgia (2-0) in a road win.

• Robert Morris 74, Akron 67: Angela Pace scored 20 points to lead the host Colonials (1-1).

• Penn State 77, Bucknell 62: Four players scored in double figures for the visiting Lions (3-0).
