Q: Penn State has always had trouble at Michigan State and Daryll Clark still hasn't won a big game, as far as I can tell. Do you think Penn State will win Saturday?

Larry Thomas, Bedford

MUSSELMAN: Larry, I am not in the business of predicting games, but I have thought all along that the game at Michigan State would be a tough one for the Nittany Lions. They are 4-8 all-time at Spartan Stadium and blew a 17-point lead in the second half two years ago and lost, 35-31. Penn State's offense has been getting off to slow starts in the past month or so and that is a concern. Michigan State has a great kicker and decent special teams units, which could be the deciding factor in the outcome. But Clark beat Michigan State last year at home when the Spartans were ranked and the Lions are 3-0 on the road this season and 7-1 the past two years, so anything's possible.
