PennDOT has announced that northbound on- and off-ramps at Route 366 (Exit 14) along Route 28 will reopen at 2 p.m. today after completion of concrete repair.

Lane closures on the highway will occur in both directions through December as part of an improvement project from Creighton to the Butler County line.
