Q: Who do you think will lead Pitt in scoring and rebounding during the 2009-2010 season?
Anthony Randolph, Annapolis, Md.
FITTIPALDO: That's a good question, Anthony. Three months ago I would have said Gilbert Brown, but he is serving an academic suspension and won't be back until mid-December. A month ago, I might have said Jermaine Dixon, wbut he is still rehabilitating a foot injury and will be out of the lineup for a while longer.
Among the players who played against Wofford I would have to say Brad Wanamaker has the most potential as a scorer. He is erratic, but he has a decent outside shot and has the ability to penetrate. After Wanamaker, I would say Dante Taylor could be next in line. He scored 13 points in only 19 minutes against Wofford.
As far as rebounidng goes, it will be either Taylor or Gary McGhee. Taylor grabbed five rebounds against Wofford and McGhee had eight in 21 minutes.
