Charges against House Republicans listed

Here is the full list of charges released today by Attorney General Tom Corbett:

State Rep. and former House Speaker John Perzel: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; hindering apprehension or prosecution; obstructing administration of law; two counts criminal conspiracy.




Former Perzel chief of staff Brian Preski: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; criminal conspiracy.




Former state Rep. and legal counsel to House Republicans Brett Feese: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; hindering apprehension or prosecution; obstructing administration of law; two counts criminal conspiracy.




Former House campaign spokesman Elmer "Al" Bowman: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; one count criminal conspiracy.




Samuel "Buzz" Stokes, Mr. Perzel's brother-in-law: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; one count criminal conspiracy.




Feese aide Jill Seaman: conflict of interest; theft by unlawful taking; theft of services; theft by deception; theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received; hindering apprehension or prosecution; obstructing administration of law; two counts criminal conspiracy.
