Kickoff for the 25th junior/senior girls' benefit powder puff football game at West Allegheny Senior High School will be at 7 p.m. today in the Joe P. DeMichela Stadium at the school on West Allegheny Road in North Fayette.
Admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults.
Sponsored by the National Honor Society, the game will benefit the society's Christmas Families Charity.

The board of directors of Focus On Renewal, a nonprofit social service agency in McKees Rocks, recently added six members:

St. Clair Hospital's gift shop is selling Neighborhood Scenes note cards by Pittsburgh artist Leroy G. Pettis. The cards depict landmarks such as Old St. Luke's Church in Scott and the Rennerdale duck pond in Collier.
A set of 12 cards and envelopes costs $12.95 and can be purchased in the hospital's fourth-floor gift shop, 1000 Bower Hill Road, Mt. Lebanon. Proceeds benefit St. Clair Hospital Auxiliary. Call 412-942-4158.
Principals, teachers, crossing guards and school board members will be honored during Education Recognition Sunday, which will be held during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday at Crafton United Presbyterian Church, 80 Bradford Ave., Crafton.
The annual celebration at the church recognizes the contributions of individuals in educating the children of the area.
The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority will sponsor a meeting to discuss sewage overflows and wet weather planning at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Oakdale Community Room, 104 Seminary Ave., Oakdale.
