Police are looking for leads to a pants-sagging robber who stole money at gunpoint Wednesday night at an Oakland convenience store.
The store clerk and two eyewitnesses said the robber fairly waddled out of the store as he held up his pants with one hand.
The man wore a ski mask and black clothing, some with yellow lettering, as he entered the One Stop convenience store in the 3600 block of the Boulevard of the Allies.
He pointed the pistol at the clerk, who gave him money from the cash register, police said.
The man then walked behind the counter and stole several scratch-off lottery tickets before he walked out.
The eyewitnesses told police they entered the store after the robber. They noticed a tan, older-model sedan they had seen in the parking lot was gone after the robbery.
The suspect is about 6 foot, 1 inch tall with a thin build, police said.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the robbery is asked to contact the Pittsburgh police robbery squad at 412-323-7151.
