Evergreen Hotel auction at noon Nov. 10

The auction sale of the Evergreen Hotel property is scheduled to start at noon Nov. 10 at 1937 Babcock Boulevard.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund drug enforcement programs.

Those interested in bidding on the building and land can register starting at 11 a.m. Bidders must have $10,000 for a cash down payment to take part in the auction.

The property will be sold as-is and is encumbered with about $100,000 in liens.
