Bridgeville

• Jacqueline M. Thomas, 35, and Joseph Thomas, 35, both of Bridgeville, were charged Oct. 25 with simple assault after a domestic incident.

• Jerome J. Cutler, 21, of Clairton, was charged last Thursday with simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, flight to avoid apprehension and harassment.

Carnegie

• Mickel Ballard, 39, of Carnegie, surrendered to police Monday in connection with illegal drug sales at Tony's Cafe, police said. He is a bartender at Tony's, in the 300 block of West Main Street.

He is charged with two counts each of possession, possession with intent to delivery and delivery of oxycodone in the cafe.

The arrest followed a two-month investigation by the District Attorney's Narcotics Enforcement Team into illegal drug sales and liquor code violations at the bar, which was closed last Thursday by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement because it did not have a valid operating license.

• Drew W. Keele, 26, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with recklessly endangering another person and discharging a gun into an occupied structure after, police said, the loaded gun he was cleaning accidentally discharged and the bullet went through the wall into an adjoining residence.

• John Sippio, 48, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 1 with criminal trespass, burglary, theft and criminal mischief after a Nov. 1 burglary in the 500 block of East Main Street, police said.

• John A. Harlan, 20, of Carnegie, was charged Oct. 26 with corruption of a minor in connection with an Oct. 15 incident at his house that involved a female juvenile, police said.

• Joseph Pancari, 38, of Upper St. Clair, was charged Friday with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Gary H. Hills Jr., 33, of Brookline, was charged Oct. 27 with retail theft at the Family Dollar store, Broadway Street.

• Lacey Rabinek, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Oct. 26 with retail theft at the Family Dollar store, Broadway Street.

• Terrance Abney, 21, of Stowe, was charged Oct. 27 with defiant trespass at Carnegie Towers.

Collier

• Thieves entered a customer's unlocked car Oct. 25 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Campbells Run Road, and stole a $250 Rotozip construction tool and a wallet containing $20.

• A purse containing $64 and several credit cards were stolen from a locked car that had its passenger side window broken Oct. 28 in Rennerdale Highlands. The following items were taken from three unlocked vehicles: $10 in change, CDs worth $30 and a $150 iPod; a $100 Garmin Nuvi; and a $100 Coach wallet containing some credit cards, one of which was used fraudulently.

Crafton

• Four juveniles were charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and curfew violations after an attempted break-in at a business on Noble Avenue.

Findlay

• John Hines, 27, of Findlay, was charged last Thursday with failing to appear at his Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition hearing, police said. A warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Heidelberg

• Ryan D. O'Shea, 24, of Scott, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and multiple motor vehicle code violations on Collier Avenue.

Kennedy

• Ralph Clemmens III, 18, of Coraopolis, was charged Oct. 24 with retail theft after, police said, he fled Giant Eagle without paying for cigars.

• Jamus McCormick, 23, of Mount Oliver, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana after an attempted vehicle theft at Motel 6 on Steubenville Pike, police said.

Pennsbury Village

• Michael Policio, 37, of North Fayette, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Pennsbury Boulevard.

Scott

• Police have issued a warrant for Ronald Styche III, 31, of Scott, for simple assault and harassment following a domestic disturbance Friday on Lea Street.

• Laila M. Sabori, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged Saturday with harassment at Chartiers Terrace.

• John Podolak, 37, of Sheraden, and Daniel Wiker, 30, of the West End, were charged Oct. 26 with disorderly conduct after police said they found the two smoking marijuana on Carothers Avenue.

• Kenneth McCabe, 28, of Scott, was charged Oct. 26 with violating the township ordinance prohibiting dogs from running at large.
