U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab today dismissed the antitrust lawsuit filed by the West Penn Allegheny Health System that alleged that Highmark and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center conspired to reduce competition and raise prices in the Pittsburgh market.
