Coraopolis police and agents from the district attorney's office today began serving 28 arrest warrants for drug trafficking.
Chief Alan DeRusso said agents began investigating street level dealers in Coraopolis, Moon and McKees Rocks in June.
By 10 a.m., police had 17 people in custody.
