Police are looking for a 2002 tan Ford Explorer bearing Pennsylvania license plate ETA 3650 following a shooting and hit-and-run crash last night in Penn Hills.
According to KDKA-TV, young people were milling around outside a party on Sandy Creek Road when the sport utility vehicle drove by, hitting a 16-year-old male and sending him flying over the hood.
Someone in the vehicle fired shots, striking a 19-year-old man in the head, before the vehicle drove away. Both teens suffered minor injuries, according to KDKA.
The 19-year-old was taken to UPMC Presbyterian and the 16-year-old was taken to Children's Hospital.
