One of the eight Harrah's Lake Tahoe employees being sued by the Nevada woman who also is suing Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on a claim of sexual assault yesterday countersued the woman.
Roethlisberger's attorneys have denied the accusation and countersued the woman last week.
Brad M. Johnston, the Reno lawyer for Stacy Dingman, said the charges in the suit against his client, who is accused of protecting Roethlisberger, are baseless. They are seeking damages in excess of $10,000 and attorneys' fees.
