The Priory Inn will be expanding from its 24 units to 41 when it adds a new three-story building.

The new building will be on the site of an apartment building that burned early this year in the 1600 block of Pressley Street in the Deutschtown section of the North Side next year.

The city Historic Review Commission has approved the plan.
