A Fayette County woman with learning disabilities has been reported missing, state police said.

Leanne Marie Harris, 23, of the Fairbank section of Redstone, was last seen around 9 a.m. Wednesday near a public housing development in Fairchance.

She was reported missing at 9 a.m. the next day.

Ms. Harris is white, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. She has blond hair with dark roots, police said.

She was last seen carrying a black bag with the word "Tinkerbell" printed on the side.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact state police in Belle Vernon at 724-929-6262.
