Police are investigating the shooting of an 18-year-old man who was hit in the hand and thigh this morning on the North Side.

Police was dispatched to the 1700 block of Belleau Drive at 10:30 a.m.

According to police, the man shot was "very uncooperative." He refused to give a description of the shooter.

He is being treated at Allegheny General Hospital.
