The annual Steelers Kick-Off Luncheon, which has taken place for more than 20 years, was held Wednesday at the Pittsburgh Hilton. Tunch Ilkin and Craig Wolfley served as emcees for the event, sponsored by the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. More than 900 guests turned out to hear remarks from Art Rooney II and coach Mike Tomlin after a welcome by Allegheny Conference CEO Dennis Yablonsky. The players and coaches were introduced to the crowd, with a special recognition for 2008 team MVP James Harrison, Rookie of the Year Patrick Bailey, and 2008 Walter Payton Man of the Year, Hines Ward.
