Schools missing AYP targets

This list includes school districts and charter schools that did not make all of their targets for adequate yearly progress, known as AYP.

It also includes districts and charter schools that were "making progress" because they met their targets for one year, but need to meet their targets for two consecutive years to be considered making AYP.

All public school districts in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler and Washington counties made AYP.
