DUNCANSVILLE, Pa. (AP) -- Two people were killed and a child was injured when a tractor-trailer crossed the median and collided with an oncoming car in Blair County, state police said.
Police said the tractor-trailer was heading east on Route 22 at 3:30 p.m. Saturday when it crossed into the westbound lanes and hit the car.
The crash took the lives of the Toyota's front-seat passengers, Gary Smith and Tracey Smith, of New Bethlehem, police said. An 8-year-old boy also in the car was flown to Altoona Hospital and later to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
