The Steelers expect all 80 players on their roster to report to training camp on time Friday now that first-round draft choice Ziggy Hood has come to a contract agreement.
Hood and agent Michael Sullivan agreed to a five-year contract in principle with the Steelers yesterday to become only the fourth NFL first-round draft pick to come to terms so far.
Monetary terms were unavailable.
Hood, a defensive end from Missouri, was the last of the Steelers' nine draft picks to agree to a contract.
He is the first defensive end drafted by the Steelers in the first round since Aaron Jones in 1988 and the first defensive lineman drafted by them in the top three rounds since Casey Hampton became their No. 1 pick in 2001.
Hood, who is 6-2 1/2 and 300 pounds, played tackle in Missouri's 4-3 defense, where he started all 28 games the past two seasons.
