Bridgeville

• Following a domestic disturbance, Jerry Lee Randolph, 42, of Union Street, was charged Friday with simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia on Union Street.

• Mary Carnahan, 48, of Main Street, was charged last Thursday with criminal trespass and harassment by annoyance after, police said, she entered a home in the 1400 block of Main Street without authorization from the resident.

• Between 8:15 a.m. July 15 and 8:15 a.m. last Thursday, someone damaged the restrooms at McLaughlin Park and Cook School Park. At McLaughlin Park, both restroom toilets were filled with paper and feces, and the workings of the ladies' toilet were destroyed. At Cook School Park, the men's toilet tank lid was broken and the toilet paper dispenser was pulled from the wall.

Carnegie

• Police said Edwin Scheers, 31, tried to rob Enrietti News on East Main Street shortly before 8 p.m. July 14 by handing the clerk a note demanding money. He left when the clerk refused to comply, according to police. Mr. Scheers, who is homeless, was charged with robbery, disorderly conduct, simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police from Scott, who were assisting, apprehended him at the Sunoco gas station on East Main Street.

• Following a hit-and-run accident Saturday at Anthony and Academy streets, Tina M. Cook, 37, of Chestnut Street, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

• William A. Gregory, 18, of Broadway Street, was charged Saturday with making false reports to police and loitering and prowling at night. The charges stem from a late June 21 incident in which he is accused of shooting windows out on Franklin Avenue.

• Barbara G. McKenna, 49, of Lee Street, was charged July 15 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Christy Avenue.

• Sherry Hoover, 47, of Wabash Avenue, was charged July 14 with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Wabash Avenue.

• William Neal, 55, of Station Street, Findlay, was charged early Saturday with public drunkenness on Veterans Way.

• Shana L. Maxwell, 22, of Capitol Drive, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct at Carnegie Towers.

• Jennifer M. Ross and Lindsay Fertal, both 27 and both of East Main Street, were charged late July 13 with disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Gary J. Parrish, 50, of Fifth Street, was charged July 14 with violating the borough ordinance against maintaining a disorderly location at an apartment on Fifth Street.

• The following Carnegie juveniles were charged by police as follows:

17-year-old male, harassment Saturday on Railroad Avenue ; 9-year-old male, retail theft last Thursday on Third Street; 13-year-old male, harassment July 15 on Steen Street; and a 16-year-old female, disorderly conduct July 14 at Carnegie Towers.

Collier

• Vincent Carr, 35, of McLaughlin Run Road, Bridgeville, was charged at 1:50 a.m. Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol after, police said, he parked his car in the Chartiers Valley Shopping Center and began walking. Collier police were assisting with a DUI checkpoint conducted by Bridgeville police and were staked out on Washington Avenue at the shopping center.

• Lisa Chambers, 48, of McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, was charged July 15 with public drunkenness after, police said, she passed out at the Atlantic Sunoco station, Washington Pike.

• During the night of July 7-8, someone entered several unlocked cars on Walker Street and stole $70 in cash, a 50-pack of music CDs and tickets to a play.

Heidelberg

• Michael Robert Bopp, 25, of Logan Street, Carnegie, was charged with public drunkenness after, police said, he was staggering and argumentative as he carried three quarts of malt liquor at Oak and Washington streets early Sunday.

Scott

• Thomas Ratti, 52, of the 700 block of Millers Run Road, South Fayette, was charged last Thursday with possession of cocaine, a controlled substance, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after police encountered him on Bell Avenue.

• Nicholas S. Peluso, 29, who has no known address, was charged July 15 with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and public drunkenness after, police said, they were called to a disturbance in the 400 block of Carothers Avenue.

• A 17-year-old male was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct after, police said, they were called to his house in the 1200 block of School Street for a domestic disturbance.

• Shortly after noon Saturday, a woman reported the theft of her wallet and checkbook from the center console of her car while she was at Shop 'n Save supermarket, Raceway Plaza. Her debit card was used fraudulently at several locations.

• On July 15, a Greentree Road resident reported that someone had smashed a deadbolt lock on a door in an attempt to gain entry to the house.

South Fayette

• Following a domestic incident Saturday on Brookledge Road, John C. Zeckler, 34, of Center Street, Crafton, was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and stalking.

• Two landscaping lights worth $30 were reported stolen Saturday from a home on Kingsbrook Drive.
