The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has closed the Donora Webster Bridge, which carries Route 1022 across the Monongahela River and the Norfolk Southern and CSX Rail Lines.

The bridge is between Route 837 on the Donora, Washington County, side and Route 906 in Webster, Westmoreland County. The bridge was closed following a recent inspection and will remain out of service until further notice.

The bridge was built in 1906 and had a 3-ton weight limit before the inspection.
