Robert Merenick, vice president and manager of business development, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Professional Development Policy Committee. Mr. Merenick will serve a three-year term that started July 1.

Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors LP promoted Nancy Skeans, managing director, to partner.

Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. named Arthur Stroyd, partner, Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC and past president of the Allegheny County Bar Association, chair of its board.

Robert O. Agbede, president/CEO, Chester Engineers, was reappointed to the Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority. The Pennsylvania Senate confirmed Mr. Agbede's reappointment last month.

UPMC hired colorectal surgeon James P. Celebrezze Jr., M.D.

Canonsburg General Hospital appointed Kelly A. Kay, D.O.; Paul R. Klepchick, M.D.; and Carlos A. Rosales, M.D., to its medical staff. Dr. Kay is a board-certified neurologist; Dr. Klepchick is a radiologist; and Dr. Rosales is a vascular surgeon.
