Darius Odom, a 21-year-old from Aliquippa, was killed in a shooting early this morning on Todd Street.

Aliquippa police Chief Ralph Pallante said investigators are looking for a "person of interest" they think might be responsible for the shooting.

Paramedics responded to reports of gunshots at 2:33 a.m. and found Mr. Odom with a gunshot wound in the back of his head and another in his arm. Mr. Odom was flown to UPMC Presbyterian, where he was stabilized and taken into surgery. He died in surgery at 9:52 a.m.
