Parkway East inbound lanes to close this weekend

The inbound lanes of the Parkway East are scheduled to be closed tomorrow evening until Saturday morning between the Monroeville interchange (Exit 14A) and Business Route 22 (Exit 10B).

The closure will occur from 9 p.m. tomorrow to 9 a.m. Saturday, weather permitting.

Crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be repairing the bridge carrying the inbound Parkway East over Rodi Road.

When the full closure ends, the inbound Parkway East will be restricted to a single lane between the Penn Hills off-ramp (Exit 11) to Exit 10B until 5 a.m. Monday.

Detours will be posted.
