DynaVox acquires New York company

Pittsburgh-based DynaVox Mayer Johnson has acquired Blink Twice of Manhattan, manufacturer of the Tango, a communication aid designed for children with speech, language and learning disabilities. DynaVox would not disclose the terms of the deal.p>

DynaVox, located on the South Side, helps people who have lost their ability to communicate due to stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism and other medical conditions with its printed and on-screen educational products.
