The House voted 104-96 Monday to send House Bill 1 to the Senate. The bill would significantly increase, to about 130,000, the number of low-income Pennsylvanians eligible for coverage through the state's adultBasic health insurance plan. It's unknown when the Senate will discuss the bill.
