The Monday night audition was cancelled due to rain for dancers, singers and other performers for the Wilkinsburg Idol competition.

With Wilkinsburg's Community Day coming up August 22, officials are recruiting its most talented residents for entertainment during the celebration.

Auditions will begin at 7 p.m. July 28 at the Parklet on Penn Avenue and at 6 p.m. Aug. 12 at the borough building. For information, visit wilkinsburgpa.gov.
