As the Post-Gazette reported last month and the Pennsylvania Lottery confirmed yesterday, televised lottery drawings in Pittsburgh will move from KDKA to WTAE beginning today.

Drawings air at 6:59 p.m. nightly with a Powerball drawing at 10:59 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday. At the moment, WTAE has no plans to add a 6:30 p.m. newscast, but general manger Rick Henry said, "We will keep our options open." (Rob Owen, Post-Gazette TV editor)
