Three Somerset County men have been charged with sex crimes involving two 15-year-old girls who attended a drinking party with them Wednesday.

State police said Shannon Keith Bowker, 21, of Meyersdale held the party at his home and furnished the alcohol.

He and Andrew Tyler Harvey, 20, also of Meyersdale, were charged with raping a 15-year-old girl from Gray, Somerset County, who told police she tried to say "no" to both men. Mr. Harvey also was charged with having sex with a 15-year-old girl from Berlin, Somerset County.

A third suspect, Drew Allan Wellington, 20, of Garrett, Somerset County, was arrested for having consensual sex with the 15-year-old girl from Berlin, who police described as his girlfriend.

In addition to rape, Mr. Bowker is charged with statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, indecent assault, furnishing liquor, and corruption of minors.

In addition to rape, Mr. Harvey was charged with statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Mr. Wellington was charged with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
